Alive Miami – Mobile Concierge IV Therapy Cancellation Policy
At Alive Miami, our mobile concierge IV therapy services require advance scheduling, preparation of customized IV formulations, and allocation of medical staff and travel time.
To respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for all clients, we maintain the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made with less than 1 hour’s notice, as well as no-show appointments, will result in a $200 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
- This fee applies regardless of the reason for late cancellation, including changes in availability, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
By booking a mobile concierge IV therapy appointment with Alive Miami, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and charge the applicable cancellation fee if this policy is violated.
