Alive Miami provides wellness services including IV therapy, peptide treatments, red light therapy, hormone optimization, telehealth consultations, and other biohacking solutions. These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of your physician or qualified health provider before starting any new treatment.
Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be scheduled via our website, mobile communication, or by phone. Confirmation will be sent once your booking is approved.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of any pre-paid session.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service or result in cancellation at our discretion.
Payments and Refund Policy
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.
All sales are final. Refunds are only granted in the case of duplicate charges, billing errors, or at management discretion for extenuating circumstances.
Concierge services, wellness memberships, or subscription-based treatments are billed on a recurring basis. You are responsible for canceling your subscription at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused services within a billing period.
Telehealth Services
Alive Miami offers virtual consultations via phone or video call. These are conducted by board-certified medical providers licensed to practice in the state. By using our telehealth services, you agree to the following:
– You are located in a state where our providers are licensed to practice.
– You understand the limitations of remote diagnosis and accept associated risks.
– You will disclose accurate and complete health information.
Use of Website
You agree not to:
